Himor has put in a proposal to the council that the farm should be bulldozed and made safe, the biggest risk though will be with the workmen who have to carry out the work, they will be exposed to rat urine, asbestos and likely drug needles.

Other hazards will be checked over and made safe and removed.

Interestingly the same farm is still on the market using Zoopla, who value the farm at £194,000.

No new housing developments are currently planned to be built once the farm has been leveled and made safe.
