Huge fire broke out on an industrial estate in Trafford Park last night

Fire crews moved fast to stop a fire taking hold of an industrial untit on Tenax Road in Trafford Park last night.

The fire started at around 10pm last night.

Fire crews responded fast with 6 fire engines from Salford, Moss Side, Agecroft, Stretford, Manchester Central and Wythenshawe.

They contained the fire using a foam unit, ariel ladders and a hose layiing lorry.

Despite the fire no roads needed to be shut down and their was no disruption elsewhere.

The fire was extinguished and no further damage has been reported, fire fighters remained at the scene overnight .
