Police appeal for information after a burglary at a Manchester City Centre bar

Police are appealing for information after a burglary at a bar in Manchester City Centre.

Shortly after 5.15pm on Tuesday 9 April 2019 an offender entered the rear of the Brewdog bar in Peter Street and began searching the coat pockets and belongings of staff.

The man stole a rucksack containing a wallet, a small amount of cash and some bank cards. One of the bank cards was later used in various stores in the city centre to buy £140 worth of goods.

Police have released images taken from CCTV of a man they would like to speak to about the burglary.
