New redevelopment plans could be soon approved for Raglan House in Sale

Raglan House on Raglan Road in Sale could soon be part demolished if planners approve redevelopment of the site.

The new housing development will see 22 new flats built, we are not sure at this time if they will be affordable, a new car park will also be created.

Sadly some of the trees will be taken down.

The gothic style Raglan House is not a grade II listed buildiing and is in a poor condition from what we have read, the document also states that the inside has been altered significantly.

If this new housing development is approved residents around Raglan Road may see some disruption.

Raglan House is a victorian villa built for one person in 1854, around that time not a lot of property’s existed according to a heritage statement, in the last decade lots of changes happened at Raglan House and sadly in this century the property ‘it sems’  has been badly looked after.
