Man charged after a Nisa store in Sale was ram raided

A man has been charged after a Nisa Local store on Manor Avenue in Sale was ram raided.

Billy Junior Woods (11/04/1981) of no fixed address, has been charged with burglary.

He has been remanded into custody and will appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court on Monday 16 September 2019.

Shortly after 1am on Saturday 14 September 2019, police were called to reports of a burglary at Nisa Local on Manor Avenue, Sale.

Officers attended and found a cash machine had been stolen and a significant amount of damage was caused to the premises. The cash machine was later recovered.
