Parents of a 3-year-old boy who died suddenly are asking the public to find a pot giraffe that was taken from a planter in Altrincham

Sarah and James Grogan who set up the Friends of Frankie charity after the sudden death of their 3-year-old boy called Frankie added a pot giraffe to an Altrincham in bloom planter and decorated it last year.

The giraffe was one of Frankie’s favourite animals and was sadly the pot was taken from the planter between 26/0720 and 29/07/20.

This giraffe understandably meant a lot to Frankie’s parents and they are asking for the public’s help for it to be returned.

Trafford Police are also helping with this and have asked anyone who knows where it is or finds the giraffe to contact them on this email address: traffordsouth@gmp.police.uk

You can also donate securely to the charity by clicking this link https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/friendsoffrankie

We sincerely hope that the good people of Trafford will find a way of getting this pot giraffe back to Frankie’s parents so it can be returned to the planter.
