The first named storm of the year will start to roll in from the Atlantic later on tonight 24 Aug 2020 with high winds and lots of rain to come.
Western parts of the UK will be hit hardest with the Met Office saying in some exposed western parts winds could reach up to 70mph.
Here in Trafford it is predicted to be a gusty day tomorrow with max gust winds reaching 55mph from early evening all the way through the night until around 1pm when the winds will calm.
Weather forecasters are saying that this storm is unusual at this time of the year, it is likely to be because of climate change.
We will see more intense storms and more flooding as the world starts to heat up, governments must do more to help our planet.
