TV Licence Love It Or Hate It, But Do You Know Your Rights?

The TV licence you either love it or hate it, but not many people are aware of their rights and this article explores the truths and the lies surrounding the licence.

The BBC bless them are a huge organisation, they are the only broadcaster that does not have a million adverts manipulating your brain every day, it has had without question some of the best comedy’s and children’s programming in the country if not the entire world.

They have made other very successful programmes and of course have live sport and news, this is where we need a licence, because and only because of the live programming.

Let’s look at your rights, firstly and without any question “You do not have to give any details over to a TV licence man or woman” they work for Capita not for BBC, they are a normal private company and who’s interests are only to make money just like any other.

A TV licence man or women must be treated the same way as anyone else, do not throw any abuse at them, and you must not go with the “I have withdrawn your rights to be on my property” line or similar wording, all you need to do is say “I do not have anything to say to you, please leave my property” and go inside and go about your day.

You do not have to give them your name! just remember that!

These are your rights, it’s not going to harm you at all, even on the TV licence website it says “You do not have to let the TV licence man or women inside your property”

The lies from TV licencing, TV detector vans is one of them, who remembers them? how gullible were we to believe this?, even now we still do not have the technology to be able to know what channel someone is watching without catching them out.

The question is “Why did they lie?”

If you’re caught up in any talk with TV licence they will use tactics on you, to give them information, this is all they want, but the biggest lie of all and so far as I am concerned fraudulent is when they read you the rights like a policeman would in an arrest situation, this is a complete lie it is designed only to scare you.

The facts are these people have no authority over you whatsoever, and how they have got away with this is beyond me.

People that have been fined are low, it does not get that far, it would cost BBC more money in the long term.

We also think that TV licence or BBC should help those with low incomes and jobless, it is hard enough as it is, but do they care? they would grab your last £5 that was probably saved to feed your child, this is accurate, it needs to change, once they have reality they would see how many people in this country are in serious financial difficulties and waive the licence or make it much cheaper so long as there is significant proof of being in receipt of benefits, I think many people would appreciate that.

We want you to understand that you have more rights than you are aware, and it is only because of this big companies and corporations rip us off even if we are struggling just to put something on the table at night.

This article only explores your rights, we do not and have not said not to get a TV licence because it is the law that you have to have one, and of course you must at all times obey the laws of the land, but you must also never give up your rights by accepting everything, by being conned by scare tactics.
