On Aug 31 at around 9pm, a male was socialising with a group of friends on Newton Park Frieston Road in Timperley, where he was approached by a large gang of males, they assaulted the male causing minor injuries to his head.
The victim and his friends were taken to the ATM machine outside the Spar on Park Road, Timperley, where he was forced to make a withdrawal of a substantial amount of money. CCTV / enquiries are now being made in relation to the offenders.
A vague description of two offenders has been given, the first male was white, not very tall and had a hooded top, he was wearing dark bottoms, the second offender was dark skinned and possibly wearing a hat or a cap
