Four masked men threatened a couple at knife point in their own home in Timperley.

The shocking and terrifying robbery took place on March 8 at around 8pm, where police were called to Somerville Gardens to reports of an armed robbery.
The Four masked men smashed a rear door before forcing a man on the floor, holding a knife to his face and demanding cash.

The fourth man then brought the woman downstairs from the bathroom before forcing her and the man inside a cupboard and barricading them in with furniture.
The gang of four men fled the scene with cash and jewellery.
Detective Sergeant Lee Attenborough of GMP’s Trafford Division said: “These men inflicted shocking and terrifying ordeal on this couple and they have both been left extremely shaken.
“Not only were they threatened with a knife, they were then forced into a cupboard while these men rooted through their possessions.

“We are particularly keen to speak to anyone who saw a suspicious group of men in the Henley Drive or Moss Lane area at the time.”
