Police have made two arrests after an armed robbery occurred at a shop in Flixton.

It was aroud 6pm on Jan 21 when police were called to reports of the armed robbery at the Irlam Road store.
A Masked man stormed into the shop and pointed a handgun at staff members face before demanding cash and cigarettes, the man ran off from the scene in the direction of Kenilworth Road on foot.
Officers launched an investigation and following the release of CCTV a youth presented himself at Stretford Police Station.
Two youths aged 16 and 17-years-old were arrested on suspicion of robbery and have been bailed pending further enquiries.
Detective Constable Simon Johnson of GMP’s Trafford Borough said: “Thanks to the response from CCTV we have been able to move forward with our investigation.
“Our esquires are still on going so if anyone is holding any information that would help us, please get in touch.”
