A two-day armed forces mental health first aid course is to take place at Coppice Library & Wellbeing Centre in Sale on May 22 and 23 from 10am until 5pm.

The fully qualified instructor is delivering this two-day course which was developed by MHFA England, with the help and support of SSAFA, Combat Stress and the Royal British Legion for over two years.

The training is suitable and very useful for serving armed forces personnel, veterans, family members, and anyone who works or volunteers for organisations who may be required to provide a level of support to an armed forces veteran including statutory bodies.

 The cost of the course is just £115 per person and I would advise getting in early as places are already being secured by individuals and organisations.
