Hayfever or allergic rhinitis as its known is associated with sneezing, runny eyes and nose and can make some people very unwell, so those with the condition who are active must remember to take their medication and avoid polluted areas, pollen can get trapped in pollution making things very bad for those who are taking part in any exercise near a busy main road.

Wearing shades even if it is not sunny is a good idea, you can get special glasses now that change with the light conditions, so if it was cloudy the glasses would make things brighter, this will stop pollen from getting in your eyes.

Medicines have not really changed all that much for this condition, the popular ones are cetirizine, fexofenadine and loratadine although we have to mention pirateze although much more expensive than the others works very well, you also could have steroids

We also suggest if you suffer from hayfever, you must wash away the pollen that can be trapped in your hair, if you do not this pollen can end up on your pillow at night and causing needless sneezing and a bad nights sleep, it is also a good idea to keep your rooms cool.
