Partington residents plant a tree in memory of the Manchester Arena attacks

It has been a while now since the devastating Manchester Arena attacks that killed so many people, memories of hope and the love shown by everyone around the world will live for ever.

Partington has now a memorial of its own to show everyone that it touched them also and were as devastated as everyone else, a tree has been planted in memory of all who had died in the Manchester Arena attacks.

The tree stands proudly on land just to the left of the second roundabout going towards Chapel Lane,

Congratulations to all involved with the idea and making this tribute a reality.
