This is a cycle ride like no other and thousands take part including pro cyclist Mark Cavendish, cyclists cycle from Lands end to John O’Groats.
The event will go down the toll bridge at Warburton and makes its way through the country lanes near Partington towards Cheshire.
The best place to see the cyclists going through and other events taking place through the day would be near the Toll Bridge from midday to 6.30pm tomorrow Sept 12.
Weather conditions could play a part in spectator numbers as wind and more rain is expected, but will not do much to dampen the competitors spirits on what will be a great day of cycling in Trafford.
Due to this event taking place the Toll Bridge at Warburton will be closed to traffic for a time, diversions will be in place.
