Three Trafford men charged in connection with a series of attacks in Cheadle Hulme

Four men and a boy (Three from Trafford) have been charged following a series of attacks in Cheadle Hulme.

All five have been charged with kidnap, section 18 assault, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of a firearm with intent and three counts of personal robbery.

They have been remanded to appear at Stockport Magistrates Court today September 11.

At around 11.15pm on September 7th, police were called to Swann Lane, Cheadle Hulme to reports of a robbery, a further report of a man being bundled in a white van was received along with a report of a man being assaulted on Ladybridge Road.

The Three men from Trafford are named as:

• Devante Gibson aged 20 from Stretford
• Cole Hamilton aged 19 from Partington
• Mark Bowyer aged 28 from Bowdon

The other man was from Hazel Grove, and the 17-year-old boy can not be named.
