Air pollution levels are expected to be moderate to high on Monday 25 September for Lancashire, Cheshire and the Midlands.
DEFRA (Department for Environment,Food and Rural Affairs) have issued an advisory for people who have lung conditions to bring with you an inhaler, and for those with no issues who are cycling, running or walking not to do too much, take it easy on Monday.
On the map below you can see where the highest pollution will be, the area shaded in purple is the highest level, Green is the lowest level of Air Pollution.

During rush hour on Monday the levels of air pollution will go higher, if you are a cyclist we suggest putting on your anti pollution mask if you have one.
