Police arrest a man for threatening to use a knife on someone in Stretford

Police arrest a man for threatening to use a knife on a younger person that took place inside Victoria Park in Stretford at around 7pm on September 28.

It is believed that the man had threaten someone much younger, although we do not know the full circumstances of exactly what happened.

Police confirm the knife the man  had was very big and had it been used, the situation would have been far worse.

The male aged 43 was later arrested on suspicion of affray
