The 500 mile London to Scotland rickshaw challenge has already started and are expected to come through Trafford this Sunday Nov 12.

One show and often on countryfile presenter Matt Baker will be riding alongside other cyclists.

Money raised will go to BBC Children In Need which helps support ill and vulnerable children.

They will be coming through Cheshire, and hit Trafford at around 5/5.30pm, locations are:

  • Ashley Road -Hale
  • Park Road
  • Delaheys Road
  • Thorley lane
  • Shaftesbury Avenue – Altrincham
  • Brooklands Road – Sale
  • Marsland Road
  • A56 Washway Road
  • Cross Street
  • A56 Chester Road – Stretford
  • Trafford Road

It goes through media city and out towards Salford, with the weather thought to be a dry clear one on Sunday, although cold, it is hoped many people will turn up and show them some much-needed support whilst donating to a worthy cause.
