Police are warning motorcyclists after an attempted robbery took place of a motorbike on November 23rd at around 7pm at the junction of Davyhulme Road East and Chester Road in Stretford.
The motorcyclist stopped at a red light and was approached by a male offender wearing a crash helmet, he pushed the motorcyclist of the bike in order to steal the bike, but the offender could not lift the bike up from the floor and then ran off.
The offender was seen to get on the back of a waiting motorbike with a rider, and left the scene, police are asking people to not on motorbikes to be vigilant in this area more so when you come to stop at the lights.
