The second round of consultations for the Linden/Laurus housing development on Heath Farm Lane in Partington has been delayed.

The initial date was set for sometime this month, however it was decided because of the Easter break, it would be best to delay it until April 17th from 2pm until 7pm at St Mary’s Church on Manchester Road.

It is important the public come to this consultation as it will be the last one, then they will go to planning at Trafford Council where it is expected to pass and so the work will begin soon after.

We have concerns as most people do, and this is why you need to speak out at these consultations as every concern is taken seriously.
