Your Housing Group in Partington plan community events next month

Your Housing Group in Partington are running a series of community events in Partington next month and want all residents to come down and participate.

The housing provider also will continue its consultations for another month from April to May for people to submit ideas so they can draw up plans to change a few things in the area, as of now we are unsure what the housing group are planning to do, although suggestions of knocking down walls and buildings seem far-fetched.

A spokeswoman for Your Housing Group said:  “We are looking to run a series of community events in that area 16^th April  in order to address some of the environmental issues including litter and fly tipping.

“This work will be carried out under the banner of the M31 group which includes other organisations such as, Trafford council, Friends of Oak Road Park and the National Trust.

“In terms of consultation we carried out initial consultation last summer in order to gain residents views on the area and we presented some initial ideas of suggested improvements for the area.

” We are planning to carry out further consultation around April/ May.”
