Mini Me star Verne Troyer has died aged 49

Verne Troyer starred in the film Austin Powers as mini me has died aged 49.

Troyer was born in Michigan  USA on January 1st 1969, he has a sister and a brother and both parents are still alive.

His personal life was not great having had some relationship issues in the past.

The 2ft 8ins  Troyer starred in some memorable films, Men in black, two Austin Powers films, and his latest film was Gnome alone.

Troyer appeared in many TV series, one being Sabrina the teenage witch in 2002, he also starred in a game called ‘let it die’ in 2016

In recent times he was admitted to hospital after a bad accident at his home, and was getting help for alcoholism.

He was battling depression when his death was announced by his family on social media channels, he died in Los Angeles in California.
