Manchester City will be parading their Premier League trophy around the City Centre on Monday which will mean many roads will close and bus services diverted or even suspended.

The route starting at 4pm is as follows:

  • Victoria Street
  • Deansgate
  • John Dalton Street
  • Albert Square
  • Mount Street

The route will then end at the junction of Peter Street and Deansgate where it is expected thousands of fans will attend.

Weather conditions will be good on the day with a daytime high of 18 degrees and sunny.
