The start of the project to build a gigantic new village in Carrington will start in the next couple of months as HIMOR start building several industrial units close to the private A1 road.

Plans have now been submitted and expect an approval since the residential part of the development was approved last year.

 

The residential part of the development will kick off early next year.

We have still not got any new information about the other housing development on Heath Farm Lane, some delay to the planning application.

Big changes are coming and it will directly affect Partington residents whilst work is on going, and more so when worked has been completed, the Linden/Laurus development will be first to be built, this though does not come with any new shopping facilities and only a small bit of road infrastructure.

Peel have yet to comment on their proposed Lock Lane housing development.

No news from Your Housing Group on their plans to spend £150m on the estate in Partington.
