TFGM has now responded after we contacted them on behalf of a disabled woman who had a nasty experience at Altrincham interchange last week.
Nikki Farrell contacted us telling of how badly she was treated by a member of staff at the interchange, she did not have a key to get into the disabled toilets and could not use the normal ones as she was using a walker.
A member of staff then as Nikki tells us verbally abused her, she begged the man to open up the toilet and he refused leaving her to end up wetting herself which is completely unacceptable.
TFGM’s Head of Facilities Management said: “We, like our customers, expect high levels of customer service from all our staff.
“We treat any complaints about staff conduct seriously and I’ve already spoken to this lady to reassure her that we will be thoroughly investigate this matter.
“As such it would not be appropriate to comment further at this time.”
