Man released after a post mortem on a woman from Withington proved she died of natural causes.

Detectives investigating the death of a woman in Withington have determined that there are no suspicious circumstances.
Shortly after 12.05am this morning (Friday 19 July 2019), police were called by the ambulance service to a property on Wilmslow Road after they discovered the body of a woman – believed to be in her 50s.
Earlier this afternoon, a Home Office Post Mortem took place, which confirmed the cause of death was natural causes.
A 57-year-old man, who was arrested on suspicion of murder, has been released with no further action taken.
A file will now be prepared for the coroner.
