Thirteen new homes to be built on land on Central Road in Partington will all be affordable.

Southway Housing Trust have taken charge of the new housing estate which will see five 2 bed houses and 8 three bed houses built on land where a doctors surgery and a library used to be, a boarded fence has been in place ever since.
With the new homes a new small access road will be built and additional security measures will also be included.
The crime impact statement was of interest to us the document says wounding is higher in Partington than anywhere else in Trafford and in Greater Manchester.
With space so limited on that site, the houses built will be very close together and as such could cause neighbour issues, something we hope the housing provider has looked into.
The housing development had already been approved and work is due to start mid 2020.
