Two men have been charged after a breaking into a property in Warburton

At around 8.50 pm on Monday 16 September 2019, police were called to reports of break in at a property on Dunham Road, Warburton.
The offenders smashed through a glass patio door with machetes and a crowbar and threatened the victim and his family. The offenders then attacked the victim before taking a quantity of jewellery and cash. They then fled the scene in victim’s Mercedes AMG.
Stuart Watson (15/04/1981) of Kingsway Park, Davyhulme has been charged with robbery and bailed to appear before Manchester Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 7 November 2019.
Jack Yarwood (20/12/1985) of Water Street, Salford has been charged with aggravated burglary and handling stolen goods. He has been remanded to appear before Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court on Tuesday 17 December 2019.
A third man, aged 32, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary and released under investigation.
