Former Bond girl Claudine Auger has died aged 78

Former Bond girl Claudine Auger who starred alongside Sean Connery has died aged 78.

Born Claudine Oger in Paris in France she grew up in the city and attended a school called ‘ Conservatoire de Paris’ and it is believed she started her long acting career whilst still at school.

She made her debut at the age of 18.

The french actress died in Paris from a long illness.
