Partington residents thanked by Police after spending all day at a scene on Moss Lane

Trafford police have thanked Partington residents for looking after them whilst they was at a scene on Moss Lane.

With the incident came the day long road closures on what was a dreadful day with what had happened and with the weather.

PCSO Walsh tweeted:

“Just want to say thanks to residents of Partington who offered us all brews and the use of toilet facilities whilst on the scene yesterday. Also cheers to all the motorists who accepted the road closure and diversion without any comments at all.”

Kindness and understanding was shown by all residents and it is nice to see Greater Manchester Police tweeting how grateful they was for all those that made sure they were looked after when needed.
