Electricity back on after an outage in Old Trafford

Electricity North West have now said everyone should have power after an outage that affected Old Trafford on 16 March 2020.

The outage affected everyone in the M16 postcode  and residents took to social media to complain about what is going on, it seems the electric went of during early afternoon today and lasted over an hour.

It is currently unknown as to why the power went off in this area although it is likely to be a cable fault underneath the ground, a similar event happened last year around the Eastway area of Sale, once workers found the fault they told residents that a cable had burnt out! electricity was restored during the evening, residents had no electricity for hours.
