Bad looking Road Traffic collision causes traffic chaos in Timperley

An accident at the junction of Hawthorn Avenue and Park Road in Timperley this afternoon caused heavy congestion west bound towards the A56.

At the scene we saw a black vehicle that had stopped in the middle of the road and a scooter type motorbike left to the side, one paramedic and one air ambulance support vehicle was present we saw no police to be seen anywhere.

Whilst the paramedics got on with trying to help a young male who was in great pain local people were trying to cover up the scene with a towel to give the young male some privacy.

No one at the scene could tell us anymore and we have since contacted North West Ambulance for more information, once more is known we will update this article.
