It is that time again when the clocks go back one hour at 2am this Sunday the night before Halloween

The dark nights will now get longer as we move towards the winter months, Some people suffer due to the lack of daylight known as Seasonal Affective Disorder.

The time change will also affect many cyclists and pedestrians who statistically are more likely to be involved in collisions on the roads.

Cyclists should now be heading into winter mode by now with good lights and reflective clothing, checking brakes and other components, Pedestrians need to keep visible to drivers and wherever possible to have some form of reflection on trainers or jackets.
