Bad reviews paint a dark picture for a housing group in Trafford

Your Housing Group who has property in Partington and Sale including some in Old Trafford and Broadheath have been slated by many people on a legitimate reviews website.

The reviews seen on Trustpilot show problems at the housing group, mostly to do with Fix360 repairs and the poor customer service.

We have no idea where these reviews have come from as Your Housing Group have property all over the North West so it would be misleading to assume all are from Partington or elsewhere in Trafford.

It though with the information we have received shows big failings in this housing provider, it seems Fix360 are at the heart of the majority of complaints which having read some of the comments was shocking.

One individual added a review title “These people are inhumane they need to be investigated seriously they are killing people and ruining lives” another said “Inconsistent unreliable embarrassment”

We have also seen the housing group in Messenger Newspapers about all the mould in her home another article in the past showed a huge gaping hole in the ceiling and the mother had a child when the newspaper questioned the housing group they got standard reply which was to us shocking.

The housing group has been widely slated for its Anti Social Behaviour team although we understand from time to time have managed to evict certain people for bad behaviour, in the reviews the ASB team was widely slated,

Fix 360 took over from Cruden and has its base at Gilmour House on Wood Lane in Partington, its an in house repair team which does every repair other than gas which is still in the hands of PH Jones.

We are sure though not everyone thinks of them so negatively however lots of people are now coming out slating them than their is approving them which must be of some concern to management and the CEO of the housing provider.
