At approximately 10am this morning (31 January 2023), officers were called to reports of a road traffic collision on Crofts Bank Road in Urmston.

Police closed off the road whilst paramedics could treat the woman and Crofts Bank Road remains closed at the time of publishing.

A car collided with a woman causing injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing. She was taken to hospital for treatment.

No arrests were made at the scene.
