BT have like others are going to be making things even harder for people from the end of March 2023.

The CPI and the extra 3.9% BT take from people with no given reason means people will have to pay a whopping 14.4% on top of services they have with them.

It is not the fault of BT though but with inflation which is causing much of the problems in the UK right now although it is expected inflation will drop at some point this year, the problems are even if inflation does come down the price does not come down.

Rip off Britain is set to continue making it harder than ever to live in this country mostly damaged because of Brexit and this crazy ideas about Net Zero.

What BT could have done is to give a bit more data or a percentage off a mobile phone contract to give something back to there now even more hard up customers, they gave nothing! it is hoped this will change at some point but we won’t hold our breath.

EE who is owned by BT was way before the pandemic an expensive network and nothing has changed despite deals on the website which does nothing to make things cheaper for customers, it also does not have the best mobile phone signal here in Trafford.

If you have been in contract for a month or less you can get out of your contract however if you need these services changing to Virgin Media makes no real differences so the last thing you can do is haggle with BT who do have very good customer services.

Even if you are in a contract you can ring BT and find yourself at retention where it is possible to change your plan to make it slightly cheaper which is better than nothing.
