Miller Homes who are currently brining new homes to Greater Manchester at Varsity Quarter in Northenden and Novus in Stretford, has donated a collection of chocolate eggs to Manchester charity, The Mustard Tree for their Great Easter Appeal.

The donation from Miller Homes follows on from their previous collaboration with the group last Christmas, where the homebuilder donated over 100 chocolate selection boxes to The Mustard Tree for its service users,

This Easter, the builder teamed up again with the charity for their Great Easter Appeal, in which the organisation aims to collect 10,000 eggs for families struggling to make ends meet. The Mustard Tree are committed to relieving financial hardship for people experiencing poverty and homelessness, and this Easter they are gifting eggs to families who otherwise couldn’t afford them.

Lucy Gugas, Head of Fundraising said: “On behalf of everyone at Mustard Tree, we would like to say a massive thank you to Miller Homes for their commitment and support with our 2023 Easter Egg campaign, donating over 100 Easter Eggs to our Community Shops for our clients.

“The cost-of-living crisis has meant that more people are falling below the poverty line and struggling to make ends meet. Committed to relieving financial hardship for people experiencing poverty and homelessness, we are gifting Easter Eggs to families who otherwise couldn’t afford them.

Without the support of our partners across Greater Manchester and beyond, we could not do what we do. Thank you!”

Clare Noakes, Miller Homes’ Sales Director for the North West, added: “It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with this organisation again and we’re in awe of the way in which they tirelessly support the community.”
