Lidl the German food discount store will soon be built at Altrincham Retail Park as the former Homebase Flower Centre has now been demolished.

Workmen were seen yesterday clearing the way for the new Lidl store to be created which will mean once open residents from all around the south of Trafford including Partington will have more choice.

At the site the new Homebase Flower Centre has now been built, a new path leading to Homebase has been created and a new layout to the car park has been created.

Lidl offers some of the best deals around when it comes to food and other items it sells, much like Aldi the retailer gives good value at a time when prices are very high mostly due to inflation.

We have contacted Lidl today for more information as to when roughly they expect the new store at Altrincham Retail Park to be completed and will further update this article when more is known.
