Since the darker days Partington has been shining brighter than anywhere else in Trafford, a warm welcome greets anyone that steps into the area.
The locals have really stepped up and are actively making the place look very clean and tidy and reporting recent small scale fly tips.
Despite this some issues remain including recent graffiti which could be seen on the walls and shutters of Partington Central Surgery including the Chemist next to it, other graffiti was seen further up Central Road.
The type of graffiti is classed as anti social behaviour, it ruins the area and puts local residents more so the vulnerable in fear of crime.
Whilst we cannot offer our opinions on the nature of the wording we do suggest reporting concerns to Greater Manchester Police or even the three political councillors who will then contact the GP surgery and Police themselves.
Venting anger in such a way is not fair on all those that have done such a great job in helping Partington and continue to do so.
Whilst Trafford Council cannot do anything on private property they can remove any graffiti on public land, if you see any wherever you are in Trafford you are asked to report it by clicking here: https://www.trafford.gov.uk/residents/transport-and-streets/street-care-and-cleaning/graffiti.aspx
