The FA Cup final is something special for all football fans and more so for the finalists Manchester United and Manchester City.
Thousands of fans will be heading to Wembley and so the motorway network will be much busier than normal and wise fans will have already arrived in London and staying over after the game.
With United ending the season in fairly good form and City winning the league again and possibly going on to win Inter Milan in the Champions League Final next Saturday evening this is potentially going to be one amazing game of football.
With Manchester City playing in the Champions League final though next Saturday will this alter the commitment shown by the players since none of them would want to get injured or sent off! it could be the right time for United as they must be up for the battle in a game that will see the mighty reds win two gongs this year and a top 3 finish which many fans will be very happy with.
The line ups have been announced:
Manchester United:
- De Gea
- Wan-Bissaka
- Lindeloff
- Varane
- Shawe
- Casemiro
- Fred
- Fernandes
- Erikson
- Sancho
- Rashford
Manchester City:
- Ortega
- Walker
- Dias
- Akanji
- Stones
- Rodri
- Silva
- Bruyne
- Gundogan
- Grealish
- Haaland
Strong line ups for the Emirates FA Cup final 2023, some surprise that Man City have chosen Ortega over first team keeper Ederson although unlikely to cause Manchester City too many problems.
Kick off is at 3pm and the match is being covered for free on BBC and ITV.
