Treble Champions: Man City wins the Champions League final in Istanbul

Manchester City have won the Champions League 2023 vs Inter Milan in Istanbul making it a treble for the 2022/23 season.

City won the Premier League, FA Cup and now Champions League making them the best team in Europe.

The first half it was Inter Milan who gave it everything which surprised City and commentators however despite the effort they did not score and both teams went into the break 0-0.

In the second half it was mostly Manchester City attacking as it seems Inter Milan were now tired after putting everything into the first half or so it seemed! City though were attacking and missed several chances until Rodri got a chance and it was one amazing shot that burst the back of the Inter Milan net making it Man City 1-0.

Inter Milan did not have any answers to the way Manchester City players stepped up one notch further, the City Goalkeeper though had much to say in City winning with some amazing almost impossible saves to keep them winning more so right at the end of the game

Whilst Rodri mentioned live on BT Sport at the end “I played shit in the first half” and Grealish also saying “I played rubbish in the first half” all that is now history and Manchester City and their supporters can now celebrate with this memory imprinted into true City fans heads young or old that they won something tonight that was very special in the world of football.
