A weather warning has been issued for Greater Manchester tomorrow 18 June by the Met Office.

Thunderstorms are likely in Trafford from midday until around 2pm where localised flooding may occur in some areas.

It will soon dry up to leave the rest of the afternoon dry with some sunny intervals however later the storms come back again and once it has cleared it will leave the rest of the evening with prolonged rain which will be heavy at times.

The temperatures will still be warm however much cooler than we have had of late which should mean a better nights sleep.

Next week will be much cooler with daytime temperatures in the teens, Met Office are currently saying that Trafford will experience some thunder during early Monday afternoon and from then on and for the rest of the week it will be mostly dry.
