Nicola Bulley: Coroner concludes accidental death

An inquest into how Nicola Bulley died has come to its conclusions today.

Recording his verdict, Coroner Dr James Adeley said: “I conclude that Nicola Jane Bulley died an accidental death.”

It has been said that Nicola had fallen into the River Wyre at the part where it was over 4 metres deep and the water at that time was freezing cold, she was dead almost instantly through cold water shock, it seems she was trying to put a harness on her dog Willow.

The coroner still could not conclude ‘why’ Nicola went into the water, although he ruled out suicide, ruled out third party involvement in her death, it seems the answer has been taken to her grave.

Now that the Coroner has concluded how she died speculation should now stop says the families solicitor.
