Spectators cheered on what was a great Altrincham Festival this year

This years Altrincham Festival turned out to be one of the best with only a slight delay this time around.

A large turnout came to see the festival including our photographer that first saw a brass band then a very small army attending with only 4 marching! then Kersal Rugby Football Team came along with Happy Radio in a car with an inflatable on top.

Then the girl guides came along marching and shouting and singing having a great time, a huge amount of bubbles was in the air for much of the time, more floats came along all with loud music and people having a great time.

Hayes Lane PJ party float also came past, a Wythenshawe Community Rugby Team said hello to everyone and then it was the turn of Pudsey bear.

A vintage car came past us , Timperley football club was last of the floats playing YMCA music at full blast then several HGV’s with film graphics on the front and at the back was a selection of farmers vehicles.

Despite the odd bit of rain in the air it stayed dry and everyone had a great time, we congratulate the organisers for this years well run event.
