Even before the pandemic people had issues and post pandemic more and more people are finding things difficult due to several factors beyond their control.
Many people sadly thought that drugs and booze was the answer however this has only increased the issue for these people trying to escape reality for an hour or so.
With Mental Health Services all over the place with one hand not knowing what the other is doing and of course money issues it is now important for everyone who is having problems to participate in other things that will help them.
This technique is tried and tested and works 100% with zero side effects.
We must be all aware that each and every one of us thinks in pictures, and we all have an imagination, this technique works also on those that have bad neighbours who are using bully techniques, it works on your work friends who maybe constantly causing problems.
Remember those that causing issues will still be there but after this technique they will no longer bother you, similarly if you have an addiction putting your drug in your picture will mean although still around it will no longer interest you like it once used to.
First find a comfy room, you want to do this in silence, think of it as a mediation:
- Take a deep breath
- Close your eyes
- Put the picture of the problem in your mind and keep it there, do not stray to something else.
- Drain all the colour out of it, making it black and white
- Reduce the size of the picture in your mind to a sugar cube
- Imagine yourself drawing on the image making the image look funny in any way you want it.
- Reduce the image again to almost nothing
Do this every day until that person or situation is no longer a problem! it won’t take you long to free yourself again.
Remember to do this every day in a quiet environment, no time limit either! you do this for as long as you want, we would suggest 15 mins is long enough.
If you think that you don’t think in pictures, think of your front door what colour is it?
think of your car what colour is it, closing your eyes can you see your cat or dog?
If you have mental health issues this is perfect for you also, however always take your medication as both will work together to get you better again, this technique is for everyone and we suggest you try it.
