Trafford FC could have a brand new West Stand built at their Shawe View ground

Trafford FC who play football at their Shawe View ground in Flixton have submitted an application to Trafford Council to build a new West stand.

The stand as can be seen which is currently the East Stand will be the same stand proposed for the West which gives good cover for fans during any rain or snow although won’t do much for when its windy.

The ground capacity at this time is 2,900 and with a new stand will increase over the 3000 mark which would help the club not only financially but also potentially bring in new fans.

Trafford FC has been around since 1990 and has gone from strength to strength, last season in the NPL league they finished mid table and are hoping for a great start next month when the new season starts.
