Miller Homes is today revealing a first look inside the three-storey homes it is bringing to the old Manchester College City Campus in Northenden, transforming it into a flagship development of sustainable homes.

The ground floor of the home includes a hallway, laundry and utility room alongside a downstairs W/C. This is also where the carport is found.

The rooms being spread over three floors in the Wilson allows for ample space in all areas, with the first-floor housing a spacious living room and kitchen, and then three bedrooms upstairs. Interior design specialists at Miller Home have also made use of the spacious landing area for a home working space.

Miller Homes has added more three-storey homes to its portfolio in response to a growth in interest amongst buyers, with searches for the term increasing by 25% over the last year alone (source: Google Trends / Glimpse).

Prices for the Wilson house type begin at £364,995 and are available to pre-reserve online now. Or, those interested can visit the sales centre on Sale Road, Northenden, Manchester, M23 0DH with no appointment necessary. Further updates and more homes are expected to be released by the homebuilder soon.

Juvraj Singh, who owns a three-storey house at the Varsity Quarter development said: “one of the reasons we went for a newly built house [is that you] can develop a community with all new families that move into the society. You don’t get that option in old house localities.”

Since beginning work on Varsity Quarter, Miller Homes has supported the Greater Manchester community in a number of ways including donating selection boxes to The Mustard Tree for their Christmas campaign, and 150 Easter Eggs to the charity for its upcoming project, alongside working with longstanding charity partner Variety The Children’s Charity in the North West.
