Come to Old Trafford to say your final goodbye to legend Sir Bobby Charlton

Ex Manchester United and England player Sir Bobby Charlton (who died after a fall at a care home) cortege will be coming past United’s Old Trafford ground on 13 November 2023 estimated to be at 1.30pm

The cortege will go past the ground on its way to Manchester Cathedral which should arrive at around 2pm and fans of all teams around the world can come and say your last goodbyes to the legend along the route.

Manchester United have said that if you are coming to see the cortege by car you can park in E2 at 1pm.

The service at Manchester Cathedral will be private and no cameras or video are allowed although of course so long as you are on public land you can cover the event.
