A police car and two other vehicles were involved in a bad crash on Washway Road near the junction of Stanley Mount today (17 December) at 1.35pm.

The police car was badly damaged in the crash and the other two vehicles were damaged also and were recovered after police and investigators did their work.

Police had taped off the scene Stanley Mount and Washway Road towards Raglan Road for a few hours but this has been lifted.

No information is to hand about any casualties at this stage although we will update this article when more is known.
